I’m Nicky Mulligan, a London-based Sleep Intervention Specialist, mum, and former nanny with over 20 years of hands-on experience supporting families inside real homes across London. I worked quietly and confidently in everything from small flats to complex households with multiple moving parts. Parents often tell me they feel understood within minutes. That’s usually where things begin to shift.
